At Bella Choco Bella, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver the highest quality chocolates. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us via email at chocobellartes@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, include clear photos of the shipping box and the product that clearly show the damage or discrepancy.
Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will be considered final, and the order will be regarded as accepted without issue. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, claims submitted without proper documentation may not qualify for a refund or reshipment.
Bella Choco Bella reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and may limit replacements or refunds at its discretion.
