We confirm your logo, design, and date within 24 hours — full refund if we can't meet it.

3. Handmade in Hoboken

Please allow a 2-week minimum lead time on all orders requiring special packaging and special flavors.

4. Delivered Fresh

Free Hoboken pickup, local delivery (Hoboken / JC / Union City / Weehawken / West New York), NYC by arrangement ($200 min). Domestic drop shipping available.

  • Branded minimum: $150 per order.
  • Logo reproduction: white-ground chocolate pieces only. Send a high-resolution or vector file (.ai, .svg, .png).
  • Lead time: 2 weeks minimum on all orders requiring special packaging and special flavors.
  • Confirmation: every order is subject to confirmation within 24 hours; deposits are fully refunded if we can't meet your spec or date.
  • Payment: 50% deposit at checkout, balance invoiced before delivery.
  • Gift message cards: we print & include your message from $1.50 per gift — or mail us your pre-printed cards and we include them free (great for drop shipping).
  • Sample credit: the $25 sample box is credited in full toward branded orders of $450 or more.
