Every office has one person who ends up in charge of the gifts. Usually it isn't in their job description. It happens in a hallway, in early December, when someone says, "We should send something to the clients," and everyone looks at the person who seems organized.
If that person is you, and the list arrived later than it should have, take a breath. A late list is a solvable problem, and it doesn't have to end in a gift card in a nice envelope.
Here is a calmer way to think about it.
Start with the count, not the budget. Ten clients and sixty employees are different problems. Write down the number of people, and who needs something more considered than the rest. The top five usually do.
Choose from the house selection. Our chocolates and boxes come in a house design that needs no proofs and no artwork. For a longer list, the four-piece red crocodile box comes in packs of 5 to 100 and is small enough to hand to everyone. For the clients who matter most, the nine-piece box is a proper thank-you, and the sixteen-piece Signature box is the one people mean when they say "get the good chocolates."
Keep it local where you can. If your clients are in or near Hoboken, hand delivery says more than any carrier label. Pickup and local delivery are available, and shipping is calculated at checkout for everyone else.
